UNIVECH Platform:<\/strong> A digital commercial system at the internet address WWW.UNIVECH.COM that provides a space for communication, buying, selling, consulting, and executing completely legal commercial processes between Iranian and Georgian users.<\/p>

User:<\/strong> Any natural or legal person who, by registering on the platform, acts as a seller and buyer of goods, a consultant, or a provider of trade-related services.<\/p>

UNIVECH Services:<\/strong> The UNIVECH platform’s services include Membership, secure transactions, (ERA), business consulting, export management, logistics services, translation, legal support, customs, and more.<\/p>

Confidential Information:<\/strong> Any data, document, or content, whether audio, video, or text, that is privately provided by users or the platform to the other party.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Section 2: Conditions for UNIVECH Platform Membership<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • Membership on the platform is only allowed for individuals over 18 years old.<\/li>
  • Only users with a valid identity and verified documents (KYC) can benefit from its professional features.<\/li>
  • The platform reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel membership at any time and without needing to provide a reason.<\/li>
  • Membership at any of the levels (Classic, Gold, Royal) is subject to full payment (Announcement on the website at www.univech.com) of the fee and compliance with professional and behavioral standards on the platform.<\/li>
  • Each user can only have one main account, and the creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited without written permission from the platform management.<\/li>
  • Any transfer of membership to another person is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate cancellation of the user account.<\/li>
  • The use of a personal account by a third party is strictly prohibited.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Section 3: How to use the platform<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • The user is required to accurately, correctly, and up-to-date register all requested information during registration.<\/li>
    • Uploading any content that violates laws, is immoral, offensive, or contrary to international laws and platform policies is strictly prohibited, and all consequences thereof will be the sole responsibility of the violating user.<\/li>
    • All correspondence, negotiations, and agreements must be conducted within the framework of the platform’s internal tools.<\/li>
    • Any commercial activity outside the UNIVECH space that originated using the platform is considered a violation and breach of UNIVECH’s activity rules unless a written notification is provided.<\/li>
    • UNIVECH has the right to make changes to the user interface, rules, or tariffs at any time to optimize performance. regarding tariffs, changes will not be applied until the end of the time commitment.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Section 4: Secure Transaction<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      • Using the secure transaction service means accepting all the related stages and costs (Announcement on the website at www.univech.com).<\/li>
      • The stages of a secure transaction include: verifying the identity of the parties, negotiation, contract conclusion, secure payment, logistics operations, customs clearance, determining payment stages, and final settlement.<\/li>
      • In case of any dispute or disruption in the secure transaction process, the opinion and final verdict of the trusted legal experts of UNIVECH will be the basis for the verdict and arbitration.<\/li>
      • Each stage of the secure transaction progress is visible through the user panel, but the final decision in case of any dispute will be with the UNIVECH platform.<\/li>
      • Funds are held in trust by the platform until the final confirmation of obligations is issued by the transaction parties.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Section 5: Export Readiness Assessment (ERA)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        ERA, or Export Readiness Assessment, is an analytical method on the UNIVECH platform designed to measure the readiness of businesses to enter international markets.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t\t

        5.1 Application of ERA<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        ERA uses data provided by the user and analytical algorithms to provide a report on the level of export readiness in the following areas:<\/p>

        • Production and supply capacity, <\/li>
        • Target market knowledge, <\/li>
        • logistical capabilities, <\/li>
        • International marketing skills,<\/li>
        • Financial ability, and legal structure.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          5.2 How to use ERA<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
          • Using ERA requires registration and logging in to the panel.<\/li>
          • All information entered by the user must be accurate, documented, and based on the current status of their business.<\/li>
          • The final ERA report is provided to the user as an analytical profile and is only for their internal use and decision-making, unless the user requests a specialized analysis or supplementary consultation.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            5.3 Responsibilities and Limitations <\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            • The UNIVECH platform provides no guarantee of the user’s export success after receiving the ERA report.<\/li>
            • The user will be responsible for any business, financial, or contractual decisions made based on the ERA results.<\/li>
            • ERA is merely an analytical tool and is not considered a legal validation or a stamp of approval for businesses.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              5.4 Updates and Reuse <\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              • Users can request to update their information and receive a new version of the ERA report at specified intervals.<\/li>
              • Any reuse or republication of the ERA report is prohibited without written permission from the platform.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                Section 6: Intellectual Property <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                • All content, design, brand, logo, and technical structure belong to the UNIVECH platform, and any use without the platform’s written permission is prohibited.<\/li>
                • Users are only permitted to use the services within the framework of the specified terms and have no ownership or commercial exploitation rights over the platform’s infrastructure.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                  • The platform is not responsible for the accuracy of claims made by the parties, the quality of goods, or the services provided by users, except in secure transactions and transactions conducted within the framework of ERA services.<\/li>
                  • The platform is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from service interruptions, errors, or data loss; however, daily backups are performed to protect user information.<\/li>
                  • Each user is responsible for protecting their user account, password, activities performed under it, and any misuse of their account by third parties.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                    • UNIVECH can, without prior notice, temporarily or permanently block any user’s access if a violation or threat of law violation is observed.<\/li>
