The use of the “UNIVECH” platform is at the users’ own risk. The platform, its services, and information are provided “as is” and “with all faults,” without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.<\/p>

The “UNIVECH” platform is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, information, or products provided on the platform, even if it has been informed of the possibility of such damages.<\/p>

Information, advertisements, and transactions between users are conducted under their direct responsibility. UNIVECH has no direct involvement, endorsement, guarantee, or supervision over the accuracy of the content or the authenticity of the parties, unless the user has officially used the “Secure Transaction” services or the platform’s official legal services.<\/p>

The platform has the right to change, restrict, or block any part of the services, access, or user information at any time without prior notice, especially if a violation of laws or a threat to security or privacy is observed.<\/p>

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the “UNIVECH” platform, its managers, employees, representatives, or business partners have no responsibility for damages resulting from:<\/p>

  • Interruption of access to the platform.<\/li>
  • Delays or defects in services.<\/li>
  • Damage to data or personal information.<\/li>
  • Or user decisions based on the information provided.<\/li><\/ul>
